Tom Dolphin joined Sweetbaum Miller PC in April 2019. Mr. Dolphin has been practicing law since 2006 with concentrations in finance, real estate and commercial transactions. He spent 12 years as in-house general counsel and senior vice president to a financial institution in Minnesota before moving to Colorado.
His practice areas include loans and financial transactions, loan defaults and work-outs, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate development, commercial leasing, commercial property management, representation of landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions for office, retail and shopping centers.
