Lindsay M. Dunn joined Sweetbaum Miller PC as an associate in September 2018.  Since graduating law school, Ms. Dunn has specialized in insurance defense, including construction defect, products liability,  personal injury, appellate work, and employment defense.  Her practice for the past five years has focused primarily on bad faith litigation.  Ms. Dunn has extensive experience in all stages of litigation and has participated in several trials, most of which resulted in verdicts for her clients.  Ms. Dunn was born and raised in Colorado.  She attended Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts for her undergraduate education, receiving a B.A. in English in 2008.  She moved back to Colorado for law school and obtained her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2011.  She graduated among the top ten in her class and as a member of the Order of the Coif.  During law school, Ms. Dunn was a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael Martinez in Denver District Court.   Ms. Dunn enjoys running, yoga, skiing, swimming, painting, and everything Colorado has to offer.
